2020 Review of GSLs

The Electricity Distribution Network Code (the Code) requires the QCA to review the guaranteed service level (GSL) measures, thresholds and payments that Energex and Ergon Energy are required to meet.

We reviewed the GSLs and related payments for the next regulatory period, which is the five years from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2025.
