We are investigating Queensland Rail’s 2025 draft access undertaking (DAU), which will replace the current undertaking after it terminates on 30 June 2025.
We have published 7 further submissions from parties responding to new matters raised in the initial round of comments on the 2025 DAU.

The ‘6-month’ period for the QCA to make a decision is currently due to expire on 23 August 2024. This date will be updated from time to time. The periods that will influence this date, including time allowed for stakeholders to make submissions, will only be confirmed later. Section 147 of the QCA Act explains that the QCA has 6 months for making a decision and describes the periods that should not be counted towards the 6 months.
