On 13 October 2023, Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Management (DBIM) submitted a draft amending access undertaking (the extension DAAU) to extend the terminating date of the DBT 2021 access undertaking to 1 July 2031.
DBIM submitted the extension DAAU, rather than submit a replacement draft access undertaking to take effect for the 5-year regulatory period from 1 July 2026.
We received one submission supporting the proposed extension.
We approved the extension DAAU on 22 February 2024.
