Aurizon Network’s 2010 access undertaking required preparation of a condition-based assessment, intended to identify any change over time in asset condition of the rail infrastructure in central Queensland.
Aurizon Network appointed Evans & Peck to conduct the condition-based assessment. It was agreed with us that the initial assessment would be based on the asset condition using 2011–12 asset records.
