Part 6A of UT5 outlines a process for setting the reference tariffs, allowable revenues and volume forecasts to apply for the reset period (i.e. FY2024 to FY2027).
On 29 July 2022, Aurizon Network submitted its proposed preliminary reference tariffs, allowable revenues and volume forecasts (reset Schedule F preliminary values) for each coal system and for the reset period. Its submission also outlines the inputs and methodologies it has used to establish these preliminary values.
We are to approve the inputs and methodologies used to calculated the preliminary values for the reset period. We published a draft decision and received two submissions in response.
In February 2023, Aurizon Network made a submission updating its proposed reset Schedule F preliminary values.
We invited submissions on Aurizon Network’s updated reset Schedule F preliminary values.
We are continuing to assess Aurizon Network’s proposal.
