Aurizon Network submitted a draft amending access undertaking (the Maintenance and Cross System Voting DAAU) seeking to amend the:
- QCA’s approval criteria for actual maintenance costs for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 to be based on the direct maintenance cost allowance provided by the QCA’s Consolidation DAAU decision
- definition of End User Voting Rights to account for cross-system train services.
We invited stakeholders to comment on Aurizon Network’s proposal and received two responses.
We approved Aurizon Network’s Maintenance and Cross System Voting DAAU on 22 October 2020.
