ARR roll-forward 2015–16 and 2014–15 NECAP

On 12 May 2015, Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) Management sought approval for non-expansion capital expenditure (NECAP) of around $19.2 million.  Separately, on 15 May 2015, DBCT Management formally requested that we approve its annual revenue requirement (ARR) roll-forward calculation for 2015–16.

On 18 June 2015, we approved DBCT Management’s applications for the ARR and NECAP for 2015–16, providing for an ARR of $258.6 million and terminal infrastructure charge (TIC) of $3.0853 per tonne, effective from 1 July 2015.
