On 15 December 2022, the Minister for Energy, Renewables and Hydrogen directed us to set the feed-in tariff for small-scale solar PV owners in regional Queensland for 2023–24, in consultation with stakeholders.

We published our draft determination on 15 March 2023. The draft feed-in tariff is set at 12.952 cents per kilowatt-hour.

Our draft determination provided stakeholders with information on key issues relevant to setting the solar feed-in tariff and invited stakeholders to comment by 14 April 2023. We received one submission, which is available below.

Our final determination is due by 9 June 2023, with the solar feed-in tariff to apply from 1 July 2023.
