We have released our draft determination
In December 2024, we received a direction from the Treasurer, Minister for Energy and Minister for Home Ownership to set a feed-in tariff for small-scale solar PV owners in regional Queensland in 2025–26.
On 20 March 2025, we published our draft determination and invited stakeholders to provide written submissions by 23 April 2025. Submissions are available to review below.
