As directed by the then Minister responsible for Energy in 2021, we have published a report on the SEQ retail electricity market in 2024–25. The report covers retail prices, discounts and incentives, fees and charges, customers receiving assistance with their electricity bills, customers remaining on legacy market offers, new types of electricity plans and market competitiveness.
