GSL scheme payment reports

Energex and Ergon Energy are required to report any payments made to customers for failing to meet guaranteed service levels (GSLs). The distributors’ quarterly GSL reports, up to the June quarter of 2020, can be accessed below. Since the September quarter of 2020, Energex and Ergon Energy have been required to publish quarterly reports on their websites.

In September 2019, we removed Ergon Energy’s GSL reports for the second and third quarters of 2018/19 as Ergon Energy updated its compliance data for the second quarter. The data for all four quarters, and Ergon Energy’s explanation for the update, are available in its June 2019 report.

In August 2019, we removed Energex’s GSL reports for the second and third quarters of 2018/19 as Energex updated its compliance data for these quarters. The data for all four quarters, and Energex’s explanation for the update, are available in its June 2019 report.

In September 2018, we removed Ergon Energy’s GSL reports for the first three quarters of 2017/18 as Ergon Energy updated its compliance data for these quarters. The data for all four quarters, and Ergon Energy’s explanation for the update, are available in its June 2018 report.
