Gladstone Area Water Board 2004

Issues Paper

The Queensland Competition Authority released an issues paper in April 2004 following a Ministerial Direction Notice directing an investigation into the pricing practices of the Gladstone Area Water Board (GAWB).

The issues paper invited submissions as to whether previously recommended pricing practices (outlined in the final report on the GAWB 2000 review) needed to be amended or extended to accommodate changes in GAWB’s circumstances and other issues identified as requiring further attention.
