2010/11 Costing Manual

The Authority has approved amendments to the costing manual of Queensland Rail Ltd (QRail) that QRail proposed to reflect its separation from QR National Limited.

The Authority's approval applies for both the 2010-11 and 2011-12 regulatory accounts.

The Authority will conduct a further thorough review of the manual following finalisation of the approval process for QRail's 2012 draft access undertaking.
