Revenue Cap Adjustment 2008/09
On 31 August 2009, QR Network submitted a revenue cap adjustment proposal which seeks to increase future revenues to account for a $27.7 million shortfall in its revenues in 2008-09.
In response to its request, the Authority received submissions from QRNational Coal, Xstrata Coal and the Queensland Resources Council (QRC) by the due date of 2 October 2009.
QR Network's subsequent submission, received on 28 October 2009, responded to stakeholder comments and revised its revenue cap adjustment to take account of the approved Lake Vermont reference tariff, increasing the 2008-09 shortfall to $28.0 million.
On 20 November 2009, the Authority released its final decision to approve QR Network's 2008-09 revenue cap adjustment proposal for the reasons stated in that decision.
