Decision Making and Ring-fencing Audit

QR Network's access undertaking establishes a set of obligations governing QR Network's treatment and disclosure of an access seekers'/holders' confidential information and complaints handling procedure. The undertaking also includes a requirement for QR Network to conduct an audit into the compliance of its decision making procedures.

QR Network's compliance of these obligations is audited annually as part of the existing arrangements.

On 20 February 2009, the Authority released QR Network's 2007-08 Annual Decision Making and Ring-Fencing Audit Report.

The audit report found that QR Network has complied in all material respects with its decision making and ring-fencing obligations.
