REVENUE CAP ADJUSTMENT 2007-08
On 21 August 2008, the Authority agreed to QR Network's request for an extension of time to 31 October 2008 to submit its revenue cap adjustment proposal for 2007-08. Documents in relation to this, including QR Network's request and the Authority's response, can be downloaded below.
On 3 November 2008, QR Network submitted its revenue cap adjustment proposal, which seeks to increase future revenues to account for a $43.6 million shortfall in its revenue in 2007-08.
In response to its request for comments on QR Network's proposal, the Authority received submissions from Asciano and the Queensland Resources Council (QRC) by the due date of 21 November 2008. QR Network provided a response to these submissions on 12 December 2008.
On 20 February 2009, the Authority released its final decision to approve QR Network's 2007-08 revenue cap adjustment proposal for the reasons stated in its decision.
