2005 Draft Undertaking

Final Decision

On 12 December 2005, the Queensland Competition Authority released its Decision rejecting Queensland Rail's (QR) 2005 Draft Access Undertaking.

It sets out the reasons for the Authority’s decision to refuse to approve QR’s proposal and the way in which the draft access undertaking should be amended in order for it to gain approval.
