QR Draft Access Undertaking Documents

On 30 April 2004 Queensland Rail (QR) submitted to the Queensland Competition Authority their draft access undertaking, along with their standard access agreement and costing manual. Supplementary submissions provided by QR provide detail on the proposed changes to the 2001 access undertaking.
