2001 Access Undertaking

Treatment of Past Capital Contributions

As a part of the process of assessing the Draft Access Agreement, the Queensland Competition Authority considered that user funded capital contributions needed to be considered in the development of appropriate access prices.

In July 1999 the Authority released a paper seeking the views on the most appropriate method of dealing with past capital contributions.
