2001 Access Undertaking

1999 DAU Final Decision

In July 2001 the Queensland Competition Authority decided against approving Queensland Rail’s (QR) 1999 Draft Undertaking.

In its Final Decision, the Authority included reasons for the refusal to approve the Draft Undertaking, and proposed amendments that the Authority would favourably consider.
