2001 Access Undertaking Amendments and Activities

Ring-Fencing

Queensland Rail's (QR) access undertaking includes information ring-fencing measures that seek to protect the transfer of an access seeker's confidential information within QR.

On 15 June 06, the Queensland Competition Authority released QR's 2004-05 annual audit report on QR's management of confidential information and complaints handling arrangements. The audit was undertaken in accordance with QR's 2001 access undertaking, and sought to determine whether there have been any breaches of QR's obligations under the undertaking and the nature and type of breaches, if any.

The Authority has subsequently released QR's additional reports which are also available for download.
