Rail Arbitration Guidelines

The purpose of the Arbitration Guideline is to inform interested parties about the principles that are likely to guide the Queensland Competition Authority when considering an access dispute, or assessing new reference tariffs, in relation to the determination of an incremental capacity consumption charge.

On 14 November 2002, the Authority finalised the Rail Access Arbitration Guideline No. 1.
