2001 Access Undertaking Amendments and Activities

Amendments 1 & 2

On 14 August 2003 Queensland Rail (QR) submitted to the Queensland Competition Authority a draft amending access undertaking to allow for the Authority’s regulatory service fees to be passed through by QR to users of its service, address ring-fencing issues, and address typographical and other minor issues.

The Authority rejected the draft amending access undertaking on 13 November 2003.
