2001 Access Undertaking Amendments and Activities

Queensland Rail’s (QR) access undertaking came into effect on 20 December 2001 and expired in 2006. The access undertaking details the policies, terms and conditions upon which third party access to the rail infrastructure is granted.

Since its approval, aspects of the undertaking have been subject to amendment and certain activities conducted under the arrangement have been reviewed. Prior to any amendments being approved or rejected, the Queensland Competition Authority consults with stakeholders on the matters.
