ARR Roll-forward 2011-12

The DBCT access undertaking provides for the Authority to approve the annual roll-forward of the terminal’s regulated revenues and tariffs.

On 13 May 2011, DBCT Management formally requested that the Authority approve its Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) roll forward calculation for 2011-12.

Separately, on 25 May 2011, DBCT Management sought approval of non-expansion capital (NECAP) expenditure of around $18.2 million for 2009-10 and 2010-11.

On 9 June 2011, the Authority approved DBCT Management’s ARR and NECAP applications, providing for an ARR of $246,117,230 and TIC of $2.9016 effective 1 July 2011.
