2010 Access Undertaking Amendments + Activities

DBCT Management's 2010 access undertaking came into effect on 1 January 2011.

The 2010 access undertaking sets out the terms and conditions under which DBCT Management will provide access to the terminal and also addresses the process required for an access seeker to negotiate access to the infrastructure and how any disputes in relation to access are to be resolved.

The undertaking may be subject to amendment through a draft amending process under the QCA Act. Prior to any such amendments being approved or rejected, the Authority consults with stakeholders.
