ARR Roll-Forward 2008-09

The Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) access undertaking provides for the Queensland Competition Authority to approve the annual roll-forward of the terminal’s regulated revenues and tariffs.

Babcock & Brown Infrastructure (BBI) wrote to the Authority on 14 May 2008 requesting that the Authority approve its estimates of the Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) and Terminal Infrastructure Charge (TIC) for 2008-09.

On 22 May 2008, the Authority approved BBI’s estimate of the ARR of $143,889,233 for 2008-09 and an increase in the TIC from $2.0652 to $2.1185.
