2006 Access Undertaking Amendments + Activities

ARR Roll-Forward 2007-08

The Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) access undertaking includes an Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) of $86,818,000 for 2004-05 and provides for the Queensland Competition Authority to approve the annual roll-forward of the ARR for subsequent years.

BBI (DBCT) Management Pty Ltd (DBCT Management) wrote to the Authority on 10 May 2007 requesting that the Authority approve its ARR roll-forward estimate for 2007-08.

On 23 May 2007, the Authority approved DBCT Management's estimate of the ARR of $89,138,229 for 2007-08.
