2006 Access Undertaking Amendments + Activities

Key Performance Indicators

The DBCT access undertaking includes a requirement for BBI (DBCT) Management Pty Limited (DBCT Management) to publicly report service quality key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Terminal.

On 7 April 2008, DBCT Management submitted proposed service quality KPIs for the Authority’s approval pursuant to clause 10.3 of the DBCT access undertaking.

Following a public consultation process, on 19 June 2008, the Authority approved DBCT Management’s proposed KPIs for DBCT. The Authority’s letter of notification is available below.
