DBCT 2006 Access Undertaking

Decision June 2006

On 15 June 2006, the Queensland Competition Authority published its decision to approve the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) 2006 draft access undertaking submitted by DBCT Management on 4 January 2006. The approved undertaking will terminate on 31 December 2009 or when the operator of the terminal (currently DBCT Pty Ltd) changes, whichever is earlier.
