Local Government Infrastructure Charges

Panel of Consultants

The Authority is seeking to appoint a panel of pre-qualified consultants to assist in the review of local government infrastructure charges.

Consultants wishing to be considered for this panel should complete the following steps:

1. Review the Terms of Reference for the project. This provides an outline of the scope and requirements of the consultancy;
2. Review the Authority's standard terms in the QCA - Standard Consultant Agreement. These will be the standing terms under which contracts will be entered into. Any consultant engaged by the Authority must agree to these terms; and
3. Provide the information requested in the Qualification Criteria. This details the information required by the Authority in order to evaluate applications.

Proposals are to be submitted to the Authority by close of business Monday, 29 June 2009
