Guidelines

An initial set of Ring-fencing Guidelines was issued in July 2002, to assist service providers with the preparation of their ring-fencing compliance reports in a manner which fulfils the service provider’s reporting obligations under the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipelines Systems.

The Guidelines were revised in August 2003 to incorporate the requirements of the General Accounting Guidelines for Gas Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSP) and to further clarify the type of information required to fulfill the reporting requirements of the Code.
