Cost Pass-through Applications
APT Allgas FRC Pass-through Application
On 6 June 2007, the Queensland Competition Authority received an application from APT Allgas for approval to pass-through to customers costs relating to the implementation of full retail competition (FRC) in Queensland.
The Authority has considered APT Allgas's application and prepared a Draft Decision proposing to approve the pass-through of costs associated with $3.2 million of capital expenditure and $7.8 million of operating costs. The Draft Decision notes the impact this will have on the revenue to be raised by APT Allgas over the remaining two years of the current regulatory period and the impact this would have on distribution prices.
The Authority's Draft Decision can be downloaded below.
Submissions on the Draft Decision closed on later than 29 October 2008. Submissions received can de downloaded below.
The Authority is currently finalising its assessment on APT Allgas' FRC cost pass-through application and expects to release its Final Decision in early 2009.
