2006 Access Review

Final Decision

The Queensland Competition Authority released its Final Decision on the revised access arrangements submitted by Allgas Energy Pty Ltd and Envestra Ltd on 22 May 2006. The Authority released separate decisions for Allgas and Envestra. In both cases, the Authority's decision was to not approve the revised access arrangement.

In order for the revised access arrangements to be approved, Allgas and Envestra are required to make some amendments. The Authority requires that Allgas and Envestra provide amended revised access arrangements to the Authority by Monday 5 June 2006.
