2006 Access Review

Final Approval

The Queensland Competition Authority approved the revised access arrangements submitted by Allgas Energy Pty Ltd and Envestra Ltd on 26 June 2006. The Authority released separate Final Approvals for Allgas and Envestra. In both cases, the Authority's decision was to approve the revised access arrangements submitted by Allgas on 7 June 2006 and by Envestra on 5 June 2006.

The revised access arrangements take effect from the commencement date of 1 July 2006 and expire on 30 June 2011.

Allgas Energy was purchased by APT Allgas in late 2006.
