Standard Retail Contract Terms

The Gas Supply Act as amended for the introduction of Full Retail Competition (FRC), requires that the Queensland Competition Authority publish the standard retail contract terms (including prices) received from gas retailers.

The Act requires that AGL and Origin Energy publish their standard terms prior to FRC commencing.  Other retailers are only required to provide their standard terms before providing customer retail services.
