Service Quality

Reports

The Queensland Competition Authority's Service Quality Reporting Guidelines require Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSP) to provide data on specific service quality measures on a quarterly and annual basis. 

The Authority's Guidelines also require DNSPs to provide service quality data in a common format proposed by the Utility Regulators' Forum.
