Service Quality

Quarterly MSS and GSL Reports

Under the Queensland Electricity Industry Code, distributors are required to report their performance against a set of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) and any payments made to customers for failing to meet Guaranteed Service Levels (GSL) on a quarterly basis. These reports are provided below.
