Annual Report of Performance against Minimum Service Standards and Compliance with Guaranteed Service Levels

The Queensland Electricity Industry Code (the Code) requires distributors to report their performance against a set of minimum service standards (MSS) and any payments made to customers for failing to meet guaranteed service levels (GSL), on a quarterly basis.

The Authority has prepared a report on the performance of the distributors for 2011-12. This report is provided below.
