Severe Tropical Cyclone Larry Cost Pass-Through Application from Ergon Energy

The Queensland Competition Authority (the Authority) has released its Final Decision on Ergon Energy's Severe Tropical Cyclone Larry Cost Pass-through Application (see below). The Authority has approved the pass-through of costs associated with $6.7 million of capital costs and $7.9 million of operating costs incurred by Ergon Energy in response to Cyclone Larry.

In terms of revenue, the Authority's decision provides for Ergon Energy to raise an additional $5.0 million in 2008-09 and $5.8 million in 2009-10.
