Minimalist Transitioning Approach for Ergon Energy

2011 Review

The Authority commenced its 2011 review of Ergon Energy's MTA on 21 April 2011 with the release of an Issues Paper. Submissions in response to the Issues Paper closed on 6 May 2011 and the Authority received submissions from Ergon Energy and AGL.

The Authority has completed its 2011 review and decided that the MTA arrangements should remain in place for a further year. The MTA arrangements will be reviewed again in 2012 in accordance with the Electricity Industry Code.
