Minimalist Transitioning Approach for Ergon Energy

2010 Review

The Authority commenced its 2010 review of Ergon Energy's MTA on 22 April 2010 with the release of an Issues Paper.

Submissions in response to the Issues Paper closed on 6 May 2010.  The Authority received only one submission which was from Ergon Energy.

The Authority completed its 2010 review and decided that the MTA arrangements should remain in force for a further year.  The MTA arrangements will be reviewed again in 2011 in accordance with the Code.
