2005 Distribution Review

Asset Valuations

The Queensland Competition Authority uses a Depreciated Optimised Replacement Cost (DORC) method to value the majority of assets employed in supplying the Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs) prescribed distribution services.

The Authority engaged Sinclair Knight Merz to provide a DORC valuation for the DNSPs.
