Standard Large Customer Retail Contracts

The Electricity Act 1994 (the Act) requires that the Queensland Competition Authority maintain a public register of standard large customer retail contracts from electricity retailers that offer these services.

To date, the Authority has received copies of the standard large customer retail contract terms and conditions from the following retailers:

• AGL
• Origin Energy
• Ergon Energy Queensland
• Powerdirect
• ERM Power
• TRUenergy
• Integral Energy
• Energy Australia
• Aurora Energy
• Australian Power & Gas
• Country Energy

The Act also requires the above listed retailers to publish its standard large customer retail terms and conditions on their website. Copies of these contracts should be available at each retailer's website or alternatively, can be obtained from the Authority by emailing a request to electricity@qca.org.au
