Notified Electricity Prices 2010-11

The Authority is responsible for calculating the Benchmark Retail Cost Index (BRCI) which is used to adjust notified (regulated) electricity prices annually.

The Authority released an Interim Consultation Notice in relation to the 2010-11 BRCI on 23 October 2009 and its Draft Decision on 18 December 2009.

On 7 April 2010, the Minister for Natural Resources, Mines and Energy and Minister for Trade issued an amended certificate of delegation to the Authority in relation to the 2010-11 BRCI.  The certificate of delegation can be accessed below.
