Workshop 2

The Queensland Competition Authority engaged CRA International (CRA) to provide assistance in calculating the BRCI for 2009-10. The second draft of the report prepared by CRA has been released and can be viewed below.

The Authority also engaged ACIL Tasman to provide advice on input costs estimates for fuel and capital costs in the NEM to be used as inputs in the CRA model. The first draft of the report from ACIL has also been released and can be downloaded below.

A number of additional or revised data files used by CRA in preparing its draft first report have also been released for the information of stakeholders.

Submissions in relation to the Consultants reports closed on 7 November 2008. The submission received can be viewed below.

On 3 November 2008, the Authority hosted a workshop to discuss both consultants' reports
