The Queensland Competition Authority engaged CRA International (CRA) to provide assistance in calculating the BRCI for 2009-10. The draft first report prepared by CRA has been released and can be viewed below.
A number of additional data files used by CRA in preparing its draft first report have also been released for the information of stakeholders.
Submissions in response to the CRA draft first report closed on 22 August 2008. Six submissions were received and can be viewed below.
On 27 August 2008, the Authority hosted a workshop to discuss CRA's draft first report.
