Information Reporting

Small Customer Disconnection and Complaints Statistics

Clause 8.5.1 of the Electricity Industry Code requires that the Queensland Competition Authority monitor and publish annual customer disconnection and complaints data collected from retail entities.

The latest annual report for the 2008-09 financial year can be accessed below.

While the Authority has endeavored to ensure that the information provided by the retail entities is accurate, some caution needs to be exercised when interpreting these statistics.
