The Criteria for the Identification of Monopoly Water Supply Activities have been updated to reflect changes to the Queensland Competition Authority Act 1997 (the QCA Act) and the recently approved criteria in respect of non-government monopoly business activities. However, the substance of the Criteria remains unchanged.
