Criteria for the Identification of Government Monopoly Business Activities

The Criteria for the Identification of Government Monopoly Business Activities have been updated to reflect changes to the Queensland Competition Authority Act 1997 (the QCA Act) and for consistency with the recently approved criteria in respect of non-government monopoly business activities. However, the substance of the Criteria remains unchanged.
